Who we are

attio expert is a business service provided by ZED GROUP LTD, trading as zedConsulting, registered in England and Wales at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or book a call we collect the details you give us: your name, work email address, company name, telephone number where provided, and the content of your message. When you use the booking tool, scheduling data is processed by our booking provider on our behalf.

We also collect limited technical and usage data (pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type) through analytics, where you have consented to it.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations: our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made.
• To provide services under a contract with you, where you become a client.
• To send occasional relevant updates, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, where you have consented to analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including our email, CRM, scheduling and analytics providers, and with professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to. Some providers are located outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client relationships are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of our relationship and for seven years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies only where you have agreed. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using your browser settings or the cookie controls on this site.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise any of these, get in touch. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
